Parked. Path is Guile FFI to libkrun-efi 1.19.4, not vfkit/VZ go bindings. Reopen only if libkrun is rejected.

Parking this. Cutover plan uses libkrun-efi 1.19.4 via Guile FFI; QEMU stays the fallback.
