Phase 1: add (msg machine avf). Parent msg posix-spawns msg vmm (same Guile binary, no primitive-fork). Child dynamic-links libkrun-efi 1.19.4 and calls krun_start_enter.

Depends on #11. #14 wires core to this backend afterward. Gate: opt-in krun start + shell + stop against the current qcow2.
