Phase 2: virtiofs + prebuilt AVF/krun image (stop nesting guix system image). Publish next to the existing installer images. Guest mount is virtiofs tag macos (not 9p).

Depends on #12. Gate: clean krun init, /Users mounted, no QEMU.
